1. About Pris Han

I live in the beautiful city of Unionville, Ontario, with my husband, two daughters, and my beloved golden retriever, Marshall.

Canada is my second home. I immigrated to Canada in early 2000 and obtained an MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, focusing on Marketing and Finance. It is there that I met my husband who was also a new immigrant at the time and got married. I returned to China in 2004 to resume my career in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.

After 13 years of actively pursuing my marketing career in Shanghai, I returned to Canada in 2017 with my family and settled down in the beautiful city of Unionville in the Greater Toronto Area.

Having travelled and resided in various cities across Canada, I understand how challenging it can be to settle down and find a DREAM HOME. It is one of the core reasons why I became a real estate agent, I wish to help those newcomers to settle in an unfamiliar place they will soon call home, JUST LIKE I WISHED SOMEBODY WAS THERE TO HELP MY FIND MINE! My business’s vision is to help newcomers and first-time homebuyers navigate the stressful process of finding a new home. Whether buying or leasing, I hope to create a worry-free experience and guide them to their new dream home, settle down, and start a new chapter of their life with joy!

Outside of work, my husband and I are experienced scuba divers. We were fortunate enough to dive in what many considered the diver’s paradises all around the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, such as Maldives, Raja Ampat in Indonesia, Komodo Island in Indonesia, Sipadan Island in Malaysia, Malapascua Island in the Philippines and so on. Now that we are back in Canada, we plan to expand our exploration to the Caribbean Sea and South America, next up, Galapagos Island!

I also got into watercolour painting just a few years ago, but I have already started sketching. Main Street Unionville and Toogood Pond are some of my favourite places to sketch. I am far from proficient at this art, but I hope that in the future, my paintings can qualify as a decent housewarming gift and that my clients will like them.

2. Professional Background

I have over 20 years of experience in the Marketing Management industry in China. During my career, I served as the marketing function head of many successful international companies, including Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, and Logitech China. Having experience in running all marketing affairs of companies, I excel at understanding customer needs and fulfilling those needs.

Thanks to my academic background in business and career as a marketing director, I can conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of Toronto Real Estate market, including analyzing housing prices, sales, and market supply and demand vs supply. These are all useful information that can provide great insights to our clients before they make a move. Every month I conduct a video walkthrough of the latest housing market statistics, where I analyze the latest market dynamics. I then share it on all my social media to help those who are interested in better understanding the current market.

Aside from the market statistic analysis video, I also share virtual tour videos, pre-construction project introduction videos, and real estate knowledge videos on a weekly basis. Through the past few years efforts, I have accumulated over 30,000 subscribers on various social media and video platforms across Canada and China! This kind of media power is what makes us stand out above all other real estate agents in Greater Toronto Area and allows us to better serve our clients!

Our buyer clients get a more in-depth understanding of how to assess the market and properties through our videos. With video records of each property, they can also easily compare and recall each property, and find their true dream home sooner!

Our Seller clients get the maximum exposure on their property to more potential buyers and to our buyers in waiting database in addition to uploading it to MLS. More exposure equals more showing, which equals more offers. More exposure = more viewings = more offers (note: it has to look like a formula, easier to read, easier to understand, more impactful)

3. My Team

Different from your ordinary real estate agent, I have an extensive background in operations and as a team leader, this enables me to create our complete system of service and team structure that brings our clients the five-star service they deserve. Hence, we are a real estate team that’s vastly different from your other typical ordinary real estate agent. Every step of the home buying and selling process is handled and overseen by designated team members who are both passionate and excel at their specific role to serve our customerswith passion and skill. All members of our team, including myself, are members of the Craig Proctor Coaching Program, the most advanced training program for realtors in North America. It is with training and continuing education that we can ensure our marketing methods stays ahead of the curve, serving clients in a more efficient matter. Worthy Cause and Community

We at Team Priscilla Han Realty have also always been a believer in giving back to the community. Starting in 2019, we have been donating portions of our commission to the Alzheimer Society of York Region. Therefore, when our clients choose us, they are also giving back to the community and those around them.
