- Average Price Back Above $1 Million:<\/strong> The average selling price returned to $1,006,409<\/strong>, up roughly $13,000 from August\u2019s $993,000. Year-over-year, however, prices are still down 5.1%<\/strong>, or about $54,000<\/strong> per home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
